We collect only what we need to sell, deliver, and support the Service:

• Contact information — your name and email address, which you provide when you request access, opt in, or purchase.
• Payment information — when you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment card details and billing information. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited transaction data such as your email, name, amount, and payment status.
• Account and licensing information — information needed to create and manage your Unfollower account and license, such as your name, email, and (if provided) phone number.
• Usage and device information — basic analytics about how you interact with our website (such as pages viewed and general device/browser information) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Extension activity stored on your device — the extension stores operational data locally in your browser (for example, your whitelist and run history) using your browser's storage. This data stays on your device unless you are signed in and it is synced to provide the Service.

We do not collect the content of your messages, your contacts' private data, or your third-party account passwords. Unfollower acts on your following/followers lists locally in your browser based on the actions you initiate.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and deliver the Service and your license;

• To provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• To send you transactional messages and, where permitted, product and marketing emails (you can opt out at any time);
