These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unfollower browser extension, the website at this domain, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), which are owned and operated by Vaughn Labs ("Vaughn Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for users located in the United States. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service

Unfollower is a browser extension that helps you manage and clean up your "following" lists on supported third-party platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and X) by unfollowing accounts you select, such as everyone you follow or only accounts that do not follow you back. We may add, change, or remove features, supported platforms, or functionality at any time.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and your payment, Vaughn Labs grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted in writing by us (for example, through a reseller or partner offering we make available to you).

4. Accounts and Access

Certain features require an account and login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

5. Payments, Pricing, and Billing

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
Launch and promotional pricing is offered for a limited time and may change or end at any time without notice. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time of your purchase.
We may offer one-time add-on or upgrade offers ("upsells") during checkout. If you accept an offer, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided for the stated amount immediately, on a one-click basis, without re-entering your card details.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Vaughn Labs and its payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable amount, including any add-on offers you accept.

6. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable for any reason. You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange for any purchase — including the initial purchase and any add-on, upgrade, upsell, or downsell offer — under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to use the Service, dissatisfaction with the Service, loss of access to a third-party platform, or a supported platform changing or blocking functionality. By purchasing, you waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute based on these circumstances. This no-refund policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the terms of service of any third-party platform on which you use the Service. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any actions taken on your third-party accounts. You agree not to:

Use the Service in any way that violates the terms, policies, or rules of Facebook, Instagram, X, or any other platform;
Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Unfollower is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), X Corp. (X/Twitter), or any other platform. "Facebook," "Instagram," and "X" are trademarks of their respective owners. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform's own terms. Those platforms may change, restrict, or block automated activity at any time, which may affect the Service. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account, including limitation, suspension, or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, branding, and the "Unfollower" name and logo, is owned by Vaughn Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT IT WILL WORK WITH ANY PARTICULAR PLATFORM.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VAUGHN LABS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ACCESS TO ANY THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaughn Labs and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that could cause harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, the no-refund policy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
